Ambassador Program Terms & Selection Notice

About the Program

The MediaHubHQ Ambassador Program is a selective promotional and community program operated by MediaHubHQ as part of the services and products of EVS Global Network Inc.

The program is intended to recognize selected creators, community voices and other eligible participants who may help introduce MediaHubHQ to relevant audiences.

Eligibility

• You must maintain a valid MediaHubHQ profile.
• The application email must match the verified email associated with your account.
• Application information must be accurate and not materially misleading.
• You must remain eligible to use MediaHubHQ under its Terms of Service and applicable policies.

Selection

Applications are reviewed individually. MediaHubHQ may consider authenticity, professionalism, community engagement, public presence, application quality, relevance, program fit, safety and available program capacity.

Not every applicant will be selected. MediaHubHQ may approve or decline applications according to legitimate program criteria and applicable law.

Ambassador PRO

Selected Ambassadors may receive complimentary MediaHubHQ PRO as a promotional program benefit.

• The current standard grant is three calendar months.
• Ambassador PRO is personal and non-transferable.
• It is separate from a paid subscription.
• Renewal is not automatic and remains subject to program eligibility and MediaHubHQ discretion.

Independent Relationship

Ambassador participation does not create employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise or authority to bind MediaHubHQ or EVS Global Network Inc.

Ambassadors may not enter contracts, make commitments or represent that they have authority to act on behalf of MediaHubHQ or EVS unless separately authorized in writing.

No Guaranteed Compensation or Results

Ambassador status does not by itself guarantee compensation, paid opportunities, sponsorship, earnings, advertising revenue, exposure, audience growth, follower growth, sales, business opportunities or other results.

Any separate paid engagement or commercial arrangement would require its own agreement or clearly stated terms.

Conduct

Ambassadors must continue to follow MediaHubHQ's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and other applicable platform policies.

• Do not misrepresent your relationship with MediaHubHQ.
• Do not impersonate MediaHubHQ, EVS Global Network Inc. or another person or organization.
• Do not use Ambassador status for scams, deception or unlawful activity.
• Do not make false or misleading claims about MediaHubHQ or its Ambassador Program.

Promotional Disclosures

Ambassadors are responsible for complying with laws, regulations and third-party platform rules that apply to their promotional activity.

Where disclosure of a material relationship or promotional benefit is legally required, Ambassadors are responsible for making an appropriate disclosure.

Expiration, Renewal & Revocation

Ambassador benefits expire at the end of their stated term unless renewed.

MediaHubHQ may decline renewal or revoke benefits for reasons including material misrepresentation, fraud, misuse, abuse, serious or repeated policy violations, conduct harmful to the program, or loss of eligibility, subject to applicable law.

Program Changes

MediaHubHQ may prospectively modify, suspend or discontinue the Ambassador Program or its eligibility criteria, benefits and operating rules as business, safety, legal or platform needs evolve.

Changes remain subject to applicable law and existing commitments.

Other MediaHubHQ Policies

These Program Terms supplement the MediaHubHQ Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and other applicable MediaHubHQ policies.

Governing Law

Subject to mandatory rights that may apply under the laws of your jurisdiction, these Program Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
