Copyright & Takedown Policy
MediaHubHQ respects creators and intellectual-property rights. This page explains how to report material you believe infringes copyright.
If material available through MediaHubHQ appears to use your copyrighted work without authorization, you can send us a copyright complaint for review.
Our approach
MediaHubHQ is a creator platform, and we take credible copyright complaints seriously. Users are responsible for ensuring that content they upload, publish, embed, or link through MediaHubHQ does not violate third-party rights.
We may remove, restrict, disable, or preserve access to material while reviewing a complaint, where appropriate.
Submitting a copyright complaint
To help us evaluate a complaint efficiently, please send the following information:
- Your full name and reliable contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The specific MediaHubHQ URL or URLs where the material appears.
- A description of the allegedly infringing material sufficient for us to identify it.
- An explanation of your ownership or authority to act for the rights holder.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement that the information in your complaint is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- Your physical or electronic signature, where appropriate.
What happens after a complaint
We may review the complaint, request clarification or additional information, contact the affected account holder, restrict access to disputed material, preserve relevant records, or take other reasonable steps depending on the circumstances.
A complaint does not automatically establish infringement. Copyright disputes can involve ownership, licensing, authorization, exceptions, limitations, fair dealing or fair use, jurisdiction, and other legal questions.
Responses from affected users
If MediaHubHQ contacts you about a copyright complaint involving your content, you may provide information explaining your rights, licence, authorization, or other basis for using the material.
We may consider that response when determining what action is appropriate, but MediaHubHQ is not a court and cannot finally determine private ownership disputes between parties.
Repeat or serious infringement
Accounts involved in repeated, deliberate, or serious copyright infringement may be subject to content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination consistent with our Terms of Service and applicable law.
False or abusive complaints
Do not knowingly submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive copyright complaints. A complaint can affect another creator's access to content or services, and misuse of the process may itself have legal consequences.
Trademark & other rights
This page primarily addresses copyright. Reports involving trademark infringement, impersonation, privacy, fraud, or other rights may also be sent to support@mediahubhq.com. Please clearly identify the type of complaint.
Embedded & linked third-party content
MediaHubHQ may allow users to link to or embed material hosted by third-party services such as video platforms. In some situations the underlying material is hosted and controlled by that third party rather than MediaHubHQ.
We may still review how the material is presented through MediaHubHQ, but you may also need to contact the service that actually hosts the disputed file or media.
No transfer of creator ownership
MediaHubHQ's Terms grant us limited permissions necessary to operate, showcase, and promote the MediaHubHQ service. Those permissions do not transfer ownership of a creator's copyrighted work to MediaHubHQ or EVS Global Network Inc.
Legal process & jurisdiction
Copyright procedures and remedies can vary by jurisdiction. This policy provides MediaHubHQ's reporting process and does not replace rights or procedures available under applicable law.
If you are relying on a specific statutory copyright process, clearly identify that process and provide any information required by applicable law.
