What you can use MediaHubHQ for

MediaHubHQ is designed for creators, artists, brands, professionals, communities, and organizations to share their work, build public profiles, publish permitted content, and participate in discovery through features such as Search, Spotlight, Trending, and Charts.

Allowed examples

• Music releases, videos, booking links, merchandise, events, social profiles, business pages, and portfolios.
• Fitness, fashion, non-nude modeling, art, podcasts, interviews, product launches, and promotions.
• Mature themes in text where they remain non-explicit and otherwise comply with these Guidelines.

Not allowed examples

• Nudity, pornography, sexually explicit content, sex acts, explicit fetish content, or graphic sexual services.
• Using MediaHubHQ primarily as an adult-content link hub, even where explicit material is hosted elsewhere.
• Sexual content involving minors or any attempt to sexualize minors — zero tolerance.
• Illegal goods or services, scams, fraud, phishing, or impersonation.

Nudity & sexually explicit content

MediaHubHQ must remain suitable for broad distribution and mainstream platform use. Nude or sexually explicit content is therefore not permitted.

Strictly prohibited

• Visible nipples, genitals, explicit see-through nudity, or sexually explicit poses.
• Pornographic content or sexually explicit imagery or video of any kind.
• Sex acts, explicit fetish content, or explicit adult services.
• Link thumbnails, banners, profile media, or Article media containing nudity or sexually explicit content.
• Profiles primarily marketing or promoting explicit adult content.

Borderline content

Borderline content may be interpreted in the stricter, compliance-safe direction when necessary to protect MediaHubHQ's broad-audience standards.

• Swimwear is generally permitted; content presented primarily as explicit adult marketing may be restricted.
• Artistic nudity is still nudity and is not permitted on MediaHubHQ.

Respect, harassment & hate

MediaHubHQ is built for discovery and connection, not abuse. You may not harass, threaten, intimidate, or target others.

• No hate speech, slurs, or degrading content targeting protected or vulnerable groups.
• No threats, encouragement of violence, or celebration of harm.
• No bullying, stalking, extortion, blackmail, or coordinated harassment.
• No doxxing or disclosure of private personal information such as addresses, phone numbers, identity documents, or private communications.

Impersonation, scams & fraud

Trust is essential on a discovery platform. Deceptive identity, fraudulent activity, and misleading claims are prohibited.

• No impersonating people, brands, or organizations.
• No fake verification claims, fabricated endorsements, or misleading identity signals.
• No phishing, malicious redirects, malware, or attempts to obtain passwords or sensitive information.
• No fraudulent giveaways, investment schemes, advance-fee fraud, fake storefronts, or similar scams.

Illegal, dangerous & regulated content

You may not use MediaHubHQ to facilitate illegal activity or promote dangerous or unlawfully regulated goods or services.

• No illegal drugs, controlled substances, or instructions to unlawfully buy or sell them.
• No weapons sales, weapon-building instructions, or violent extremist content.
• No human exploitation, trafficking, or non-consensual sexual content.
• No encouragement of self-harm or instructions intended to facilitate self-harm.
• Gambling-related content may be restricted; deceptive get-rich-quick or unlicensed schemes are prohibited.

Spam, manipulation & platform abuse

Do not manipulate discovery or artificially manufacture visibility. MediaHubHQ protects Search, Spotlight, Trending, Charts, and related surfaces from abuse.

• No spam link dumping, irrelevant keyword stuffing, or misleading profile tags.
• No fake traffic, bots, or artificial engagement manipulation.
• No deceptive redirects, including apparently safe links that redirect to malicious or prohibited content.
• No false-report campaigns or attempts to suppress competitors through abusive reporting.

Intellectual property & copyrighted material

Only publish or upload material you own or have permission to use. This includes images, text, music, logos, video, brand assets, and other protected work.

• Do not publish copyrighted work without permission or another lawful basis.
• Do not use counterfeit products, unauthorized trademarks, or brand assets to mislead users.
• MediaHubHQ may remove or restrict content in response to credible intellectual-property complaints.

Copyright complaints should follow our Copyright & Takedown Policy.

Reporting & moderation

If you see a profile, Article, link, or other material that appears to violate these Guidelines, please report it.

• Use MediaHubHQ's in-platform reporting tools when available.
• For urgent issues or additional context, contact support@mediahubhq.com.

Enforcement

Enforcement depends on factors such as severity, intent, context, user history, legal requirements, and risk to users or the platform.

• Remove or restrict content, including images, headers, thumbnails, Articles, links, or text.
• Disable specific links, features, or account capabilities.
• Remove or reduce visibility in Search, Spotlight, Trending, Charts, or other discovery surfaces.
• Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations.
• Cooperate with lawful requests or report illegal activity where required.

If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, contact support@mediahubhq.com with your MediaHubHQ handle and a concise explanation.

We may request additional information to confirm account ownership, understand context, or review the decision.
