Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MediaHubHQ and EVS Global Network Inc. collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information associated with use of the MediaHubHQ service.

It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Public profiles & public content

Public profile information may include your display name, creator or brand name, handle, bio or tagline, category, profile image or avatar, header image, public links, public Archive Articles, public gallery material, and other information you intentionally publish on your profile.

Public profile pages may be indexed, linked to, shared, or previewed by search engines, social networks, messaging services, browsers, and other third-party services. Those third parties may cache information independently of MediaHubHQ.

Information we collect

• Account information: email address, account identifiers, verification status, authentication-related information, and subscription status.
• Public profile information: display name, handle, bio, category, profile images, header images, links, public media, and public creator content.
• Content you submit: Archive Articles, captions, images, links, embedded-media URLs, profile settings, and other material you choose to provide.
• Usage and analytics information: profile views, link clicks, search-interest signals, discovery activity, and other interactions used to operate features such as Charts, Spotlight, Trending, and analytics.
• Technical and security information: IP address, browser or device information, session information, logs, rate-limit information, and signals used to protect accounts and prevent abuse.
• Billing-related information: subscription and payment status and transaction identifiers. Payment-card information may be processed directly by our payment provider rather than stored by MediaHubHQ.

How we use information

We may use information to:

• Provide and operate profiles, Archive Articles, search, discovery, Connect, notifications, subscriptions, and other MediaHubHQ features.
• Personalize or organize permitted discovery and creator experiences.
• Generate platform analytics, rankings, trend signals, and aggregate operational information.
• Authenticate users, secure accounts, prevent abuse, detect fraud, and enforce platform policies.
• Process subscriptions, account changes, and service-related transactions.
• Communicate about verification, security, billing, password resets, policy updates, support matters, and important service changes.
• Improve, test, troubleshoot, maintain, and develop MediaHubHQ.

Editorial, educational & promotional use of public content

Public profile content may be used for purposes directly connected with explaining, demonstrating, editorially featuring, showcasing, or promoting MediaHubHQ, as described in our Terms of Service.

This may include public profile screenshots, public avatars or header images, public names or handles, public profile text, public Archive content, and other material you have made publicly visible on MediaHubHQ.

Examples include creator spotlights, MediaHubHQ editorial Articles, tutorials, product demonstrations, feature announcements, newsletters, presentations, screenshots, MediaHubHQ social content, and advertising or marketing for the MediaHubHQ service.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information as a standalone data product.
• We do not make your account email address public merely because you have a public profile.
• We do not treat private account information as public profile content.
• We do not permit promotional use of public content to transfer ownership of that content to MediaHubHQ or EVS.

Service providers & disclosures

We may use trusted service providers to support functions such as hosting, email delivery, analytics, security, customer support, payment processing, and infrastructure.

Providers may receive information reasonably necessary to perform services for MediaHubHQ and are subject to their own legal and contractual obligations.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, valid legal process, protect users, enforce our agreements, investigate fraud or abuse, or protect the rights, property, or safety of MediaHubHQ, EVS, users, or others.

Cookies & session technologies

MediaHubHQ may use cookies, local storage, session storage, or similar technologies for authentication, account sessions, security, preferences, core functionality, and permitted analytics.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Service, maintaining security and backups, resolving disputes, meeting legal or accounting obligations, and enforcing our agreements.

Deleted information may remain for a limited period in backups, logs, caches, fraud-prevention records, or other systems where immediate deletion is not technically or legally practical.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials.

Your choices & requests

• You can edit public profile information from your account.
• You can remove or change links and public content you control.
• You may contact us regarding correction, access, deletion, or other privacy requests, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
• You may contact us about future or ongoing MediaHubHQ promotional uses of your public content.

Some information may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, or enforcement.

Marketing communications

Essential service communications such as verification, password reset, account-security, billing, and important policy notices are separate from promotional communications.

Marketing or promotional electronic messages will be sent only where permitted by applicable law and any consent or other legal basis required for that communication. Where required, those messages will include an unsubscribe mechanism.

Children

MediaHubHQ is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that information has been collected from a child who is not legally eligible to use the Service, we may take appropriate steps to remove the account or information.

Additional age restrictions may apply depending on a user's jurisdiction.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as MediaHubHQ evolves or as legal, security, operational, or business requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.

Where appropriate, we may provide additional notice of material changes through the Service, by email, or another suitable method.
