About MediaHubHQ

MediaHubHQ is a creator-first profile, discovery, publishing, and connection platform. It allows creators, professionals, brands, organizations, and other eligible users to build public profiles, publish permitted content, share links, and participate in MediaHubHQ discovery features.

MediaHubHQ is operated as part of the services and products of EVS Global Network Inc. References to “MediaHubHQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to the operator of the Service as applicable.

Eligibility & local law

• You must be at least 13 years old to use MediaHubHQ.
• If you are under the age of majority where you live, you represent that you have any permission from a parent or guardian required by applicable law.
• You may use the Service only where your access and use are legally permitted.
• If laws in your jurisdiction restrict minors from accessing social-media or similar services and those laws apply to MediaHubHQ, you must comply with those restrictions.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of MediaHubHQ complies with laws that apply to you.

Accounts & security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and activity occurring through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

Public profiles & public content

MediaHubHQ profiles are generally designed to be public. Information and content you choose to publish publicly may be viewed by people who do not have a MediaHubHQ account and may be shared through search engines, messaging services, social networks, email, and other services.

Third-party services may generate, store, or cache previews of public pages. MediaHubHQ cannot control how quickly third parties update or remove information they have independently cached.

Community Guidelines

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. They form part of the rules governing use of MediaHubHQ. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Community Guidelines, these Terms control.

Content rules

MediaHubHQ is intended for broad audiences. You may not use the Service to post, upload, publish, link to, or promote content prohibited by these Terms or our Community Guidelines, including:

• Nudity, pornography, sexually explicit material, or sexual services prohibited by our Community Guidelines.
• Sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance.
• Hate, targeted harassment, threats, or violence.
• Scams, fraud, phishing, impersonation, or unlawful activity.
• Malware, spyware, or malicious code.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, or unauthorized disclosure of private information.
• Copyright, trademark, or other rights infringement.

We may restrict content that creates a material safety, compliance, or platform-integrity risk even where a specific example is not listed above.

Prohibited conduct

To protect MediaHubHQ and its users, you may not:

• Scrape, harvest, or access the Service through unauthorized automated systems.
• Circumvent security controls, rate limits, access controls, or technical restrictions.
• Probe or test systems for vulnerabilities without written authorization.
• Reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Interfere with, overload, spam, attack, or disrupt the Service.

Third-party links & services

Profiles and Articles may contain links or embedded media from third-party services. MediaHubHQ does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, products, availability, transactions, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

Your content & responsibility

You are responsible for content you submit, upload, publish, embed, or link through MediaHubHQ. You represent that you own the content or have the permissions necessary to use it in connection with MediaHubHQ.

You must not submit content in a way that violates another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.

We are not required to host or continue displaying any particular content and may restrict or remove content as permitted by these Terms.

Moderation, suspension & termination

All users, including FREE users and paid subscribers, must comply with these Terms, the Community Guidelines, and other applicable MediaHubHQ policies.

If we reasonably determine that a user or subscriber has violated these requirements, abused the Service, infringed another person's rights, created a safety, security, legal, fraud, or platform-integrity risk, or engaged in serious or repeated misconduct, we may take proportionate enforcement action.

• Removing or restricting content, media, or links.
• Limiting or removing visibility in Search, Spotlight, Charts, Trending, or other discovery surfaces.
• Restricting features, profile visibility, or account functionality.
• Temporarily suspending a profile or account.
• Permanently removing or terminating a profile or account for serious, repeated, or otherwise material violations.

Paying for a MediaHubHQ subscription does not exempt a subscriber from these Terms or policies and does not prevent MediaHubHQ from taking enforcement action.

Where appropriate, enforcement may occur with or without advance notice, particularly for safety, security, legal, fraud, child-safety, intellectual-property, or serious abuse concerns, subject to applicable law.

Your ownership & the licence you grant

When you submit content to MediaHubHQ, you grant MediaHubHQ and EVS Global Network Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, format, resize, transcode, and make reasonable technical adaptations to that content as necessary to operate, provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.

For content and profile information that you choose to make public on MediaHubHQ, this licence also permits us to reproduce, display, format, resize, and distribute that public content for purposes directly connected with explaining, demonstrating, showcasing, editorially featuring, or promoting MediaHubHQ. Examples include MediaHubHQ creator spotlights, editorial features, tutorials, product demonstrations, screenshots, feature announcements, newsletters, presentations, MediaHubHQ social-media accounts, and advertising or marketing for the MediaHubHQ service.

This licence is limited to purposes connected with MediaHubHQ and does not give us ownership of your content or an unrestricted right to independently sell your creative work as our own product. It does not authorize us to make your private account information public.

You represent that you have sufficient rights to grant this licence for content you submit. Where reasonable in the circumstances, we may identify you by your public display name, creator name, brand name, or MediaHubHQ handle when featuring your public content.

The licence continues for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service and for uses already made in accordance with these Terms, subject to applicable law. If content is deleted or an account is closed, copies may remain temporarily in backups, caches, security records, or materials already created or distributed.

Featuring & promotional use

MediaHubHQ may select eligible public profiles and public content for discovery surfaces and MediaHubHQ-related editorial or promotional materials. Selection does not imply that MediaHubHQ or EVS endorses the creator, and appearing on MediaHubHQ does not imply that the creator endorses MediaHubHQ or EVS.

You may contact us about future or ongoing promotional uses of your public content. Where reasonably practicable and subject to applicable legal or contractual requirements, we will consider requests concerning future or removable online uses. We cannot guarantee recall or deletion of material already distributed, printed, cached by third parties, or incorporated into completed materials.

Copyright & takedown requests

We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe material available through MediaHubHQ infringes rights you own or are authorized to enforce, please follow our Copyright & Takedown Policy.

We may remove or restrict access to material while reviewing a complaint and may take action against accounts involved in repeated or serious infringement.

Paid plans, billing & subscriptions

Some MediaHubHQ features may require a paid plan. Prices, billing intervals, included features, renewal information, and applicable checkout terms are presented when you purchase. Taxes may apply where required.

A paid subscription provides access to eligible subscription features but does not create an exemption from these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or other applicable MediaHubHQ policies.

If the profile or account associated with a paid subscription is restricted, suspended, or terminated for a policy violation, access to subscription features may also be restricted, suspended, or terminated. Any cancellation, refund, or remaining subscription rights following enforcement will be handled according to applicable law and any applicable subscription or checkout terms.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions continue for the selected billing period until cancelled. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically create a refund for a billing period already purchased, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Features, limits, and pricing may change prospectively. Where required, we will provide notice before changes affecting an existing paid subscription take effect.

Electronic communications

We may send communications necessary to operate your account or the Service, such as verification, password-reset, security, transactional, billing, policy, and important service notices.

Promotional or marketing electronic messages are handled separately and will be sent only where permitted by applicable law and the consent or other legal basis applicable to that communication. Where required, those messages will provide an unsubscribe mechanism.

Changes, testing & availability

MediaHubHQ continues to evolve. We may add, modify, test, suspend, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance or technical changes. During beta or testing periods, features, analytics, layouts, or functionality may change.

We do not promise that every feature will always be available or that the Service will operate without interruption.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific discovery results, audience growth, earnings, rankings, or business outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MediaHubHQ and EVS Global Network Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, opportunities, or data arising from or relating to use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where applicable law does not permit that limitation.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MediaHubHQ, EVS Global Network Inc., and their applicable officers, directors, employees, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your material violation of these Terms or another person's rights.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as MediaHubHQ evolves or as legal, security, operational, or business requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.

Where a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the Service, by email, or by another appropriate method. Your continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law & severability

Subject to mandatory rights that may apply under the laws of your jurisdiction, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. These Terms do not waive consumer, statutory, or other protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
