Terms of Service
Effective date: January 24, 2026
Welcome to MediaHub (“MediaHub,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using MediaHub (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MediaHub is a creator-first discovery and promotion platform where users can create profiles and share links to their work, products, and content.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use MediaHub.
- If you are under the age of majority where you live, you represent you have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Service.
- You may only use the Service if you are legally permitted to access it under the laws that apply to you (including your country, region, or local jurisdiction).
- Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit minors (including users under 16) from accessing or using “social media” platforms or similar services. If MediaHub is classified as such in your location, and you are not legally permitted to access such services, you must not access or use MediaHub.
By using MediaHub, you represent and warrant that your access and use complies with applicable law in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
MediaHub profiles are public by default. This means anyone may view your profile, including non-users. Profile links may be shared by you or others (for example: WhatsApp, social media, email).
Third-party platforms may generate link previews (title/description/image) from public profile pages and may cache those previews. MediaHub cannot control third-party caching or refresh timing.
You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Community Guidelines, these Terms control.
MediaHub is designed to be safe for broad audiences and compliant across mainstream platforms. You agree not to post, upload, link to, or promote content that includes or facilitates:
- Nudity, pornography, explicit sexual acts, or sexually explicit content (including in images, headers, thumbnails, or media)
- Profiles primarily intended as an adult-content link hub (even if the explicit content is hosted elsewhere)
- Sexual services, escorting, or solicitation
- Any sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance)
- Hate, harassment, threats, or violence
- Illegal activity, scams, fraud, phishing, or impersonation
- Malware, spyware, or harmful code
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, or exposing private information
- Copyright or trademark infringement
We may restrict or remove borderline content to maintain safety and platform integrity, even if not explicitly listed above.
To protect the platform and users, you agree not to:
- Use automated systems to access, scrape, harvest, or index the Service without permission
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code (except to the extent permitted by law)
- Interfere with performance or disrupt the Service (including spam or coordinated abuse)
MediaHub profiles may include links to third-party sites and services. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for third-party websites, purchases, subscriptions, disputes, or policies. You access third-party links at your own risk.
You are responsible for the content you post or link to (including images, text, and URLs). You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to share your content on MediaHub and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party rights.
We are not obligated to host, display, or distribute any content and may remove content at any time to protect users or the platform.
We reserve the right to moderate content and accounts to protect users and the platform. If you violate these Terms (or our Community Guidelines), we may, at our discretion:
- Remove or restrict content or links
- Reduce visibility or remove you from discovery modules (including Search, Spotlight, or Charts)
- Disable profile visibility
- Suspend your account temporarily
- Terminate your account permanently
- Ban you from using MediaHub
We may take action with or without notice and are not obligated to provide warnings. Attempts to evade enforcement (such as creating new accounts after a ban) may result in permanent blocking.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant MediaHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content only as needed to operate the Service (for example: rendering your profile, search, discovery modules, charts, and previews).
If you believe content on MediaHub infringes your copyright, contact us at support@mediahubhq.com with: (1) your name and contact info, (2) the material you believe is infringing, (3) the URL(s) on MediaHub, (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and (5) a statement that your notice is accurate. We may remove or restrict access to reported content and may terminate repeat infringers.
MediaHub may display public profiles/usernames in platform features (such as Spotlight, trending modules, charts, or suggested searches) and in platform promotion (such as demos or screenshots). This does not imply endorsement. You may request removal from marketing materials by contacting support.
During testing and soft launch periods, features may change, be interrupted, or be removed. We may reset or modify data (including analytics counters) as needed for stability and integrity. Use the Service with that in mind.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or perfect accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediaHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MediaHub and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are intended to be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
